Introduction
Stress is a very important aspect of life, in as much as everyone may try running away from it, it is the plain truth that is a part of our daily life, whether people live in big and spacious bungalows or in modest homes, whether they are only students or whether they are working in big offices, or whether they are unemployed or self employed. Life of a youth comes with a lot of issues and stresses that often wears out somebody no matter what they try to do to avoid it. My existence isn`t so different. As a youth in the twenties, growing up and coping with all the blows that life throws our way is usually not the most fabulous event for everyone. Any ordinary day bringsall the stresses in life, but one has to struggle overcome these small and big stresses as the adage says, "once life tosses a lemon your way, stop whining about the bitter taste of the lemon, squeeze the juice out of it and make yourself a lemonade". The most striking stressors for the youth are frustrations, job stress, conflict and cataclysmic events.
The things that cause stress in life and their solutions
The kind of frustrations that people loathe most arise especially when people have worked too hard to achieve a particular goal and they are anticipating a positive result, the only the opposite happens. For example, after tirelessly studying for the term paper, sacrificing up to the last minute to try and to secure a credit in a unit, the results come and one finds that he or she has earned a D grade. This is a frustration that is hard to deal with. Moreover in order to alleviate this kind of stress one should allow himself or herself time to just be still. Sit outside on your porch or else under a shade tree. If it is cold outside, sit in front of your fire place. One doesn`t need an hour; they`ll be amazed at how much better they feel.
