2. Write a sentence or two describing the point you think the video is trying to make, and any connections you can make to what we're learning about society/theory.
3. Write a reflection (200-500 words) in which you describe aspects of the society (or societies) within which you grew up. How might they have influenced how you view, and act within, the world? How might someone who grew up in a different sort of environment view things, or act, differently than you? Finally,we'd like you to relate this back to
theory - name one of the sociological theories discussed in lecture and/or the textbook and describe how using that as a lens might make you notice certain things about your own upbringing that you might have missed otherwise. (Any societal "gorillas," so to speak!)
