The Conquest of the Everglades focuses on how humankind influenced the transformation of Southern Florida, particularly the Everglades. His book focused on the continuous conquest that have bombarded the environment and the current reparations that are being done. Nonetheless, this article would focus on Grunwald’s (2017) idea of the conquest of the Everglades.
