With a Bachelor's degree in psychology focusing on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I am interested in a job in clinical psychology, especially working with people with neurodevelopmental conditions like autism. A potential situation in which I may be confronted is a child who is on the autism spectrum and has significant communication difficulties. This results in behavioral problems that hinder their social interactions and academic progress within an educational environment (Gasiewski et al., 2021). In this situation, I would primarily rely on the behavioral approach within the theoretical framework of Applied Behavior Analysis. The systematic implementation of behavioral principles in ABA emphasizes observable behaviors, deconstructing them into more manageable elements
