OL-675 (5-2) Name Instructor Institution Date Part 1: Vision Statement My vision is to be a good leader guided by the principles of equality, fairness and integrity. I would like to show these qualities to others, as a good example that they can emulate as well. I have always believed that to be a great leader, one starts from the very basics such as being empathetic kind, thoughtful and understanding to people. Not only does it make them feel valued but also important members of the society. In a team or organizational setup, it makes them feel recognized and valuable as well. Leadership and legacy building is usually a work in progress in the sense that it takes time and is one day at a time. In 10 to 20 years from now, I believe I will have built a legacy that will serve as an example and inspiration to many. I also understand that throughout that time, I will be learning constantly.
