Q1. Differences between adult court system and juvenile court system
There exists a significant difference between the adult and juvenile court systems. Some of the major differentiations exist in the trial/hearing, punishment/rehabilitation process and also the public access to the court process and records.
Trial/hearing:
In the adult court system, the process is referred to as a trial while in the juvenile court system; the process is referred to as hearing. In the course of conviction the offender in the adult court is said to be guilty while in juvenile court is said to be delinquent.
Punishment/rehabilitation process
