A good example is informatics which has not only elevated healthcare but continues to enhance the different factions of the sector. As a field that seeks to use and manipulate data, informatics in healthcare seeks to identify or isolate, manage, communicate, and analyze data to help enhance patient outcomes. In healthcare, informatics continues to be a major cog that continually uplifts the field, especially with regard to decision-making.
On the other hand, knowledge work entails or encompasses any profession that focuses on the production of new and unique knowledge. Knowledge work is about problem-solving and is said to be innovative, continuous, and dynamic. Those working as knowledge workers must ensure that they are able to enhance or elevate their contributions.
