Organizations with relationship-oriented leaders are more successful because employees have a conducive working environment. As a leader with a relationship-oriented style, I prioritize the traits such as mutual trust with employees. Relationship-oriented leadership is driven by the need to promote mutual trust and respect among employees (Daft, 2018). As a leader, I am respectful when addressing my employees to motivate them to trust and reach out to me. Consequently, this results in organizational success because of the quick problem-solving.
