How does this framework mesh with your ontology and epistemology? Presentations in this course enabled me to recognize that self-determination theory resonates with my beliefs about diverse aspects. For instance, Daniels and Kennedy (2019) reveal that the framework posits that people become motivated by two primary sources, including intrinsic and extrinsic causes. Such an argument agrees with my ontology because everyone sacrifices to complete specific life tasks because of the rewards they expect, recognition, or the value of such aspects.
