I set the classroom, prepare the lessons, assess the kids, and do parent-teacher conferences, I have 18 kids in my class it’s a mixed-age class which is hard, I also have 3 kids with speech delays in my class. Maybe the strength and improvements you can write about how I handle all the different age student levels using modifying lessons and how I accommodate my students with speech in class by using scaffolding strategies, and how I use scaffold for ELL students in my class too.
