List five things (no more, no less) the FDA found to have contributed to the outbreak. For each finding, note if there is a provision that, if adequately implemented, would have mitigated the risk. Any factors discussed must appear in either Section II or Section III of the after-action report. If the factors listed by students do not appear in those sections of the after-action report, they will lose points for both the factor and the provision citation. If a student lists a factor that FDA specifically states was likely not an issue in the outbreak, the student will lose points for both the factor and the provision citation. Response must be in 11-point or 12-point font and no longer than 1 page in length, including any literature cited. Helpful hint: Follow each provision and further citation through to its conclusion. You may end up jumping through three or four separate provisions to ascertain the meaning of the original provision. I know this is hard. That’s why this assignment was the bulk of the work in this module.
