We all have our own ideas about what our personal strengths and weaknesses are and this survey may surprise some students with their results. Sometimes we think of a certain trait as a strength of ours, when in reality it is not. Other times, we completely overlook certain strengths that we have. B. Prepare a leadership development plan based on the survey results. Address the questions below and share this plan . 1. Share your top five strengths as identified in this survey. Compare them Table 6.3 in the textbook. Are your strengths clustered in one area? Are they spread among various areas? What is your interpretation of the results? 2a. Describe in detail 1 character strength from your top five . Be sure to use chapter materials and cite the page. 2b. Why/how does this strength best suit/fit you? Share 2 examples of when you demonstrated this strength. 2c. How is this strength connected to leadership in light of the leadership concepts we have covered in this course. Provide specific example from the course concepts covered. Use the Northouse text and provide reference /citation. 3. Discuss in detail 2 specific concrete steps (what you want to develop and how you will develop it) you plan to take to further develop this particular strength. Double Space. Times New Roman.
