Among the two aspects they cover are shrinking the change and building habits. The authors utilize storytelling in their book, making the narration effective and easier to understand. The narration in chapter six covers Alice Crum and Ellen Langer's research about hotel maids and their exercise habits. Chapter Nine's narration revolves around Mike Romano and his life, from being the youngest among four brothers to ending up in the 173rd Airborne Brigade in Vietnam. The authors use an effective style to address the change that breaks the monotony and allows the readers to have different perspectives (Heath & Heath, 2010). In addition, readers can understand the change process from something they can relate to. For instance, most people have been into hotels and thus can relate to activities conducted in such an environment. The contexts used throughout the book can apply to people from different backgrounds. The authors use different short stories, which means a person can relate to one of the narrations and determine how they can implement change effectively in their organizations.
