Culture Reflection Author’s Name Institutional Affiliation Course Code and Name Professor’s Name Date Culture Reflection Culture in My Own Words In my own words, culture is a collection of personalities and values in an organization. Such personalities and values include manner of conduct, customs, behaviors, convictions, and common attitudes of people in an organization, which defines how all members collaborate, work, interact, and communicate in a workplace. I also believe that culture is an unseen force in an organization that molds bonds, directs choices, and influences an organization’s identity. I can begin by closely observing essential indicators, such as beliefs and principles, that define an organization’s culture. Additionally, I will figure out how members of the organization engage and react to its declared principles to understand their actions with underlying principles and values. It includes understanding how members of an organization embrace the corporate culture, mission statement, and vision and their daily decisions and actions (Yue et al., 2021). Areas of improvement or deficiency in the organization’s culture will be understood by getting...
