(2024), leadership requires creating trust, communication, and cooperation among the team members. Good leaders lead by demonstrating ethics, empathy, and a clear vision. They give their team members the power to act, support innovation, and build an environment where everyone feels valued and inspired to give their best effort. On the other hand, culture is an organization’s shared system of values, beliefs, customs, and practices. Indeed, it is the intangible power that gives structure to work thinking and behaviors. The organizational culture provides the company with the basis for achieving its objectives and goals, thus guiding thoughts and actions at all levels of the organization (Inegbedion et al., 2020). Cultural factors bring employees’ satisfaction, engagement, organizational performance, and change adaptability together. A company's culture is usually determined by how closely its mission and principles are propagated. Along with emphasizing that every staff member understands these ideas, the leaders should also ensure they are expressed transparently. This means there should be honest discussions about the organization's mission and future with employees, and it is not enough to write memos or put the mission statement on the website (Nguyen et al., 2020). Engaging employees makes them understand their role in aligning with the culture and working towards set goals. Leaders could bring the vision and values alive and make them relevant to employees' work experiences through storytelling, anecdotes, and examples in town hall meetings, team workshops, and individual discussions. Additionally, there should be constant and continuous interaction. It is not sufficient to communicate the vision and mission only once and then assume that everyone has understood them.
