Introduction

Environment Social and Governance (ESG) principles are important and instrumental when engaging in modern business activities (Kaiser, 2020). Through ESG, there is an emphasis on dealing with aspects like corporate responsibility, how to achieve sustainability, and promote inclusive practices (Oprean-Stan et al., 2020).
