Homelessness is when an individual lacks a fixed and regular nighttime residence. It is a major issue affecting people and communities across the US, including Riverside County. In recent years, the problem of homelessness has grown significantly in Riverside County, particularly since 2020, where the problem has maintained an upward trajectory as the effects of COVID-19 continue to render more individuals homeless.
