However, for me to continually make positive changes in the healthcare sector, I should remain updated about critical issues that influence nursing. “The Pandemic’s Consequences: Survey of Registered Nurses” and the infographic of the “Survey of Registered Nurses” provide crucial data that significantly affect my future practice as a nursing leader. By considering this vital information, I will not only become an effective nurse leader but I will also determine and address major challenges that influence nurses adversely. Without paying attention to what is happening in nursing entirely, it can be challenging to advance the field of healthcare. In particular, change is dynamic and the medical sector must respond to them appropriately. Being an agile leader, I quickly identify the changes that need to be done to promote the well-being of nurses and the healthcare sector in general (Whitehead, Dittman, & McNulty, 2017). Notably, nurses form the foundation of the provision of quality medical services. If their needs are not met, it means that the entire healthcare system is likely to suffer immensely.
