During that time, societies across the world had sub-urbanized, thus, the US government also was pushing for sub-urbanization. However, only married people qualified to live in urban places, and this showed the position of the government concerning marriage. The article presents a variety of concepts such as sub-urbanization, normative sexuality, racial segregation and post war.
