Despite the fact that our criminal justice system is based on equality in regard to the execution of criminal law and upholding the constitution, I still think that our criminal justice system affirmatively depends on inequality. In the case of O. J Simpson who had been accused of the double murder, he was acquitted as the black jury voted in his favor despite the overwhelming evidence against him. This, therefore, is a clear proving of how inequality is portrayed in our criminal justice system along the race.
