Emotional intelligence involves a person being able to recognize how other people feel, understand them and being able to relate well with them with an aim of achieving your goals. This paper will therefore seek to analyze the effects of emotional intelligence on work and personal relationship.
At working place emotional intelligence is very essential in creating a good and efficient team which works out effectively. However, without good communication between the workmates there cannot be a good connection leading to poor relation among workmates. Emotional intelligence the most vital requirement in any particular company (Wall 48).
In order to have effective emotional intelligence one should have the element of self awareness. This is one`s ability to know and understand their emotions and be in a position of managing them without getting out of control.
