To have an excellent final product, the teacher plays a great role. Being a future teacher, my foundational philosophy, lies on equity, excellence, and the definition of what's right and wrong. Regardless of a child's social status or personal history, all pupils deserve access to a high-quality education that empowers them to reach their full potential. In urban schools and communities where socioeconomic difficulties may make learning opportunities inadequate, commitment to equity plays a critical role. Teaching courses teach many philosophies; from the foundation of one of those philosophies, I think it is true that knowledge is not only something to be passively gained but also can be practically created in a real-life situation by being actively engaged and explored. My goal will be to foster interactive and student-centered classes, where the students are nudged to examine issues critically, question what they read, and make their inquiry line. I strongly feel that I will be providing them with the tools to become inspired and continuous learners by emphasizing the concept of curiosity and the passion for learning. Central to this approach is a deep respect for the diverse backgrounds and experiences each student brings to the classroom. I understand that not all students learn in the same way and that each student may have their own pace. Consequently, I will aim to find a way that suits each student individually. Such diversity can be achieved through the use of several learning methods, ranging from direct instruction, collaborative learning, and project-based activities to practical and hands-on exploration.
