This phase set the foundation for the whole project. My role involved brainstorming with my colleagues to identify the most viable ideas for the project. I actively participated in the generation of ideas for the project. I engaged actively throughout the entire process by brainstorming with my colleagues, while also undertaking rigorous research to come up with the best ideas. I rate my work as 4 due to the relevance of my contribution to idea generation. The ideas I came up with were innovative and aligned well with the goals of the project. My ideas were effective in contributing to the concept development of the project. Sprint2 - Detail Add any changes to your role(s) and new task(s) assigned to you During this stage, my role shifted to detailed planning and allocating tasks to the team members. This stage needed translating the ideas developed earlier into actionable plans that could be followed to implement the project ideas. I also allocated tasks to the rest of the team members based on their areas of interest and skill. This is because I spent a lot of time developing the detailed plans that guided the implementation process. I invested a lot in research on how to make implantation plans. The time-consuming tasks paid off considering the success of the implementation plan. The developed implementation plans were detailed and accurate. The plans were comprehensive enough to facilitate a smooth implantation of the project.
