Write a 250-500 word summary that includes the following:

Describe the structure of your organization and using the Power Cube Framework to identify the spaces, levels, and forms of power within the organization.

Address the ways in which the formal structures of the organization differ (or not) from actual operation. For example, how does the actual day to day operation differ from what is described in your organizational chart of roles and functions - e.g. Does your organization have a hierarchical organizational chart but your managers tend to share power in decision making? Or, conversely, does your organization describe a non-hierarchical structure but still rely on few individuals to make the decisions?

Describe your experience of power as an intern within the organizational structure using either Foucault's framework or the Power Dependency Theory (choose one). Be sure and cite the source you apply to your experience.

The Department of Human Services Denver is an organization that provides different kinds of assistance to its residents for the betterment of their quality of living. These kinds of assistance could vary from housing, food, and cash, and even child support services as long as there is a means to provide these kinds of services to the people (Denver Human Services, n.d.). As a local governmental organization, its hierarchy is composed of many levels, with executive management administrating its daily activities.
