Cultural humility entails reflecting on one’s cultural identity and respecting other people’s identities. This post will discuss Jad Abumrad as a change agent in the community.
Abumrad is a producer, creator, and host of a well-known radio program known as Radiolab. He also hosts podcasts and other shows. He demonstrates cultural humility in his work by telling real stories that help people relate better to cultural inclusivity. In one of his Ted videos, Abumrad (2020) talks about how Dolly helped him find purpose in his work (Abumrad, 2020).
