This paper highlights the role of a Christian worldview in the roles and responsibilities of Christian Educators. It also provides the functions and behaviors of educators. The paper also explains the unique responsibilities of Christian educators, which include incorporating Biblical values as well as principles into the curriculum and faith in learning. Finally, the paper will provide recommendations and discussions on ways to help the learners attain their Christian worldview, such as creating a friendly environment for all and incorporating Christian programs in schools.
It is true to state that a Christian worldview often influences the educator's activities in the classroom. Education plays a significant role in shaping the students' lives of the students since the concepts they learn now will be utilized throughout their lives. The role of an educator with a Christian worldview goes beyond traditional academic practices but also involves shaping the child's character and worldview. This is based on the Biblical account in Proverbs chapter 22 verse 6 that parents and educators have the role of training the children on how to go, for they will never depart from it. This paper will analyze two themes: the roles and behaviors of education professionals and the unique responsibilities of Christian educators. The duties of an education professional with a Christian worldview go beyond teaching to incorporate being a mentor to the students and leading them correctly.
