People that support assisted suicide, euthanasia, and abortion of children with disabilities argue for the need to have the capacity to choose the right time in which to die and the socioeconomic implications of having a child who is dependent on certain medicines and medical services to sustain their lives. These arguments are merely social and economic reasons (Adelia, 2022). It is possible to counteract the tendency towards euthanasia, suicide, and abortion of disabled children using Biblical guidance. In this vein, people should not practice assisted suicide, euthanasia, or abortion of disabled fetuses because human life has an intrinsic value and dignity since they are created in God's image. Genesis 1:27 says, "So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them" (King James Bible, 2017). This implies that humans share a unique destiny in God's eternal nature.
