I think adult-organized sports are an enjoyable way for middle-aged children to increase physical exercise. It is not only enjoyable but also reduces the risks of health complications such as obesity. Another benefit of adult-organized sports is that they enable children to connect with their teammates and work as a team (Logan et al., 2019). They also socialize with other children, which leads to increased confidence in talking to other people. However, one of the major cons of adult-organized sports is the increased risk of being injured, which can cause physical or mental damage. There is also the chance of children's lowering their self-esteem if they perform poorly in a specific sport.
