Botanical Bounty is an agricultural organization that deals with producing botanical perennials located in the Willamette River Valley based in Oregon. The size of the farm is 10 acres and it focuses on the growth of botanic plants that are medicinal in nature. The main species available suits the needs of populations appropriately; these include skullcap for swelling, ginger for soothing stomach upsets and Echinacea responsible for boosting the immune system among others (Kopp, 2016). Botanical Bounty makes approximately $216,000 from 158 million people who consume their products in the United States (Bplans, 2017). The mission statement of Botanical Bounty is to develop further and become a leading vendor for botanic perennials essential for well-being. The achievement of this will be through the provision of healthy plants without compromising the quality at an affordable price. In order to ensure an efficient running of an organization, there are factors to consider and strategies for implementation. It is essential to perform a SWOT analysis to identify the needs of an organization (Bull et al., 2016). This ensures rapid progress and the achievement of great success. Accordingly, this paper seeks to analyze the SWOT of Botanical Bounty Farm.
