According to the Society of Human Resource Management (2023), a culture based on shared values anchored on strategy and structure is a prerequisite for organizational success. Strategy is the roadmap that guides the organization towards an anticipated desired goal amid increasing customer demands, business competition, and other external industry variables. Based on this assertion, culture can be conceptualized as a strategy for addressing internal business issues based on organizational values.
