What has been the most compelling and thought-provoking in course readings and/or discussions;
How your previous views have been challenged and/or reshaped;
How you may apply what you have learned;

Introduction
My experience in the communication and project management course has significantly supported my efforts to expand my expertise. I have gained information by critically analyzing numerous topics through the assigned readings, projects, and discussions. As a result, I have made connections between multiple concepts I have utilized to analyze my success and mistakes. As a result, I believe that analytical skills are the most valuable asset, particularly for graduate school. Course readings and class discussions can challenge and shape knowledge acquisition and its application in different career paths.
Learning Microsoft Project was important for me and compelling because of its dynamic planning features, which let users oversee every project plan, preference, and dependence, which is important for project delivery and management. This approach has been thought-provoking because it allows for further exploration and consideration of the central idea with each posting.
Since there has historically been a focus on reading-based learning, it is more challenging for learners to understand that they may learn through a discussion. International students not engaging in discussions as part of their academic program will likely experience this phenomenon (Czeropski, 2020). I believed that having discussions in my courses at ABC University would not help me advance academically or professionally. However, each paper I read helps me grasp my classmates' viewpoints by presenting fresh concepts and arguments supporting their claims. Although there was continual conversation during my bachelor's program in project management, it was never formalized. It was founded only on personal beliefs ...
