Add section headings, the information you have so far, and short descriptions of contents yet to come for sections of your plan. Include in-text citations as appropriate for any resources you use. Step 4 Meet with your colleague to begin collaborating on the elements of their leadership development plan. Take notes in your rough draft outline. Thank them for their time and remind them of the next meeting. Write a reflective paragraph at the end of your leadership plan draft outline describing the process so far and your next steps. Step 5 Submit your rough draft outline of your leadership development plan with notes from your meeting and your reflective paragraph.
