Working in food and beverage can be both stressing and full filling at the same but just like any other organizational problems are presented as challenges and successfully solving them increases the ability of that firm. Early last year the closest competitors to my organization launched an online food delivery service, which prompted a reduction of our customer number by almost half. The management took note of the drastic change in sales and called for an emergency meeting of all staff.
