The training evaluation program A provides a detailed set of questions relevant to the assessment. Although closed-ended, evaluation example A offers many possible response options for respondents. It also allows respondents to fill in an option that is not listed, where applicable. To evaluate responses, section A also applies a well-defined evaluation scale to capture the respondent’s perceptions about the ideas being evaluated. Evaluation example A offers extensive options for respondents to choose from, making obtaining accurate and thorough responses easy. However, its major weakness is that its close-ended questions may limit the comprehensiveness of this evaluation method by leaving out critical topics. 
Evaluation example B is both open and closed-ended, allowing respondents to select suitable options while expounding on their ideas by writing down their responses to the specific questions. This is a major strength of this evaluation method because it guides respondents, ensuring that they provide relevant information for the study. The closed-ended options give respondents an idea of the expectations of the evaluation, making it easier for them to write arguable responses. It is also effective because it allows respondents to add additional comments related to the evaluation content. 
Evaluation example C is quite similar to evaluation example B. it provides both open and closed-ended questions, allowing respondents to respond in their own words. The closed-ended question options also serve as guidelines, allowing respondents to offer insights in areas such as the evaluation scale defined by the researchers. Similar to evaluation examples A and B, the questions in evaluation example C have a smooth, realistic, and relatable transition that makes it easy for respondents to provide information.
