Periodic evaluations of the culture and climate help leaders and coaches know when things are going well and when interventions are needed to improve the environment. In this two-part assignment, you will develop and distribute a tool for measuring ethical behavior in your organization(School) and report on the findings. For this assignment, you will submit your measurement tool items and an introductory paragraph to participants. Step 1 Research various tools for measuring ethical behavior in an organization. Based on your research and the type of organization you work for, identify a tool you will use to collect data on ethical behavior in the workplace. Examples of tools are surveys, questionnaires, and interviews. Consider whether you will use a Likert scale, open-ended responses, or a combination. Step 2 Construct at least 10 items to include in your tool. Some items could be written as questions and others as statements for judgments or responses. Step 3 Develop the tool. Consider the following: How will you distribute the tool? How will you collect the data? How will you protect the identity of the participants? You may use a platform like Survey Monkey, Google, Pollfish, or another of your choice. Include a paragraph to the participant introducing the tool. Explain its purpose, how you will use the data, and when you need it to be completed. Step 4 Submit a Word document with the one-paragraph introduction to participants and items in your ethical behavior measurement tool.
