The NoMad is a fine dining restaurant in New York City, and Allora is a famous and affordable dine-in place. Inspired by a famous restaurant in Switzerland, the NoMad was founded by Will Guidara and Daniel Humm some years ago. It is widely known for its three-star Eleven Madison Park, and the restaurant has an approachable and refined menu, featuring a well-curated wine program and classically-focused and innovative cocktails.
