Being inadequately trained for combat is disastrous for the military as the personnel would likely been outmaneuvered by other fighters including those using guerilla warfare tactics. Tactical approach to any fight is a critical component to the success of any fight or war. Even when the military are well equipped but do not have adequate training, they may face challenges to defeat ragtag militaries when the military personnel are poorly trained. Strategies cannot be ignored in military training, and the people chosen to fight should be adequately prepared for any mission, both physically and mentally, while they should have knowledge about the battlefield if they are to be successful.
Safety is paramount in the military, the service personnel encounter dangerous situations in combat, and they have to make decisions on how to maintain safety. Adequate training is then necessary as they understand what to do or not do when faced with the situation that compromise their safety. This includes using equipment and artillery at the military. If the military people are not properly trained they compromise their safety and security, that of their peers and the country. Professionals from various military units use training devices to operate the machinery, aircraft, tankers and operators. Since servicemen are tasked with maintaining the security of the country, they have to be trained to handle various equipment, machinery and artillery.
