There should be a distribution of equal rights among both genders. Women deserve the same rights that men are given. In most organizations, you are most likely to find men in the top levels of power, while women hold the junior positions. Politically, people are more likely to elect a man to the most senior role such as presidency than selecting a woman. Therefore, women are supposed to receive equal rights, just like men.
The number of women attending colleges and attaining doctorate degrees has increased significantly over time. As a result, women are going for senior-level positions.
