Post a comment in your small groups that highlights one lesson you have learned from the chapters regarding teamwork and performance. Your post should highlight something from the reading that reveals your understanding of factors associated with performance and productivity in groups. How does this lesson explain your performance, including sense of achievement or challenges in your groups. Your “lesson” should not be the same as that of your classmates. I'm expecting posts that highlight ways in which factors contribute to the performance, productivity, and general behavior of groups in organizations...
