Leaning is a process and I have kept on following it up until I achieve my desired objectives in development of my career. The main reason for transferring to Loyola Marymount University is in quest to find a learning environment which has the required technology and experience to nature my career on how I need it. Although the training is done in different universities are the same. The nature of the university and its experience coupled with the appropriate materials and technology for its delivery differs from one university to another. This are the same factors which potential employers look at when sourcing for the employees whom they believe were exposed to a learning environment training would be have trained students better in a given career as compared to others.
There are several objectives which I do intend to achieve but the most appropriate ones are a better grade and good skills which would guarantee a good Job despite of increasing rate of employment. At all sectors of the economy there are increased unemployment and these figures keep on increasing. This has made employment to be very competitive.
