Implicit: suggesting something in an indirect manner Expectations: having some belief that an activity will take place or occur Competencies: Having the ability or expertise of doing something as required and in a more effective manner. Optimism: Having hope and a positive mind about the future happenings. Ultimate: The expected or final outcome at the end of a particular process. Part 2 Pertaining to norms, every society has its norms that must be followed by all people. In the same way, religion also has norms that must be observed since believers are expected to worship in a particular manner to be considered to be part of the religion (Carter & Stockwell, 2008).
