Listening to the CBC Ideas Audio, I was struck by the impact that education in the liberal arts has had on transforming people to become better persons. The liberal arts helps individuals to become more imaginative, curious, responsible, and leaders. However, most institutions f learning do not emphasize the importance of liberal arts education. I noticed from the audio that liberal arts have greater diversity and are heterogeneous because they drive learners out of their comfort zones.
