Company Description BrightWave Financial Services is a mid-sized company offering financial advisory, online trading, and wealth management for individuals and companies. Being a young company in an industry with competitors, it uses technology to provide real-time analytics, client reporting, and online transactions in a secure manner. To expand regionally, BrightWave adopts high levels of security and compliance at the expense of allowing flexibility in the IT resource base. It has a fast-growing nature, and hence its network must be one that not only meets its present business needs, but also as the scale of its clients and services increases. This strategy primarily involves the implementation of multi-cloud architecture, ensuring scalability, cost-effectiveness, and safe financial services (Johnson et al., 2024). Finally, the success of BrightWave should rely on an efficient, stable network that encourages continuity and growth. Geographic Locations & Functions BrightWave has four strategic locations in the U.S. Its New York City headquarters has executive management, compliance, and IT leadership as the regulatory and strategic centre of the organization. The Chicago office is more of a sales center, client relations, and training the consultants, whereas the Dallas office handles the customer support and operations to make sure there is no interruption in service. These sites are supported by a Virginia data center, which is offering centralized infrastructure, secure storage, and disaster recovery. Using the latest technologies, the facility can increase resiliency, performance, and security throughout the network (Nagaraj et al., 2021). The combination of these places offers a balanced environment guaranteeing high efficiency of its operations, good coverage in the region, and good IT support.
