Background

Public health priorities can change significantly between regions of the world and sometimes between individual countries within a specified region. Most of the developing countries are faced with major problems associated with infectious diseases, injuries, population growth, migrations, and rural-urban shifts. In these countries the interaction of infection, malnutrition, and population growth exacerbates the growing public health problems. These problems are further affected by culture, illiteracy, and significant environmental problems.

Assignment

Choose a developing country and create an agenda for enhancing public health for that country. Select between eight and 10 categories and prioritize them; provide a paragraph or two justifying the particular ranking you give each category (remember to present appropriate data to support your selections).

Introduction
Kenya is a country found in East Africa near at Horn of Africa. It has a population of about 40 million affected by similar health problems. Despite the efforts, the Kenyan government and the ministry of health people continue to experience adverse in the health issue. This public policy agenda is to address the main challenges the Kenya people face.
HIV/AIDS Prevention
Kenya is among the African countries in the sub-Saharan region with a greater number of people living with HIV.
