Malpractice Suits Students Name Institutional Affiliation Physician malpractice can be decreased through the establishment of a work environment that would provide doctors with ample time to deal with their patients. Some of the malpractices happen as a result of the doctors having a lot of workloads and therefore, if the hospitals employ enough doctors and nurses, then such malpractices can be reduced. As well, tightening the laws addressing physicians' malpractices could help in the reduction of similar lawsuits (Reschovsky & Saiontz‐Martinez, 2018). A doctor can be sued for malpractice in a case whereby the patient is aware of their rights and can provide sufficient evidence that the doctor caused the particular harm.
