The optimal solution to Emma is to address nutritional imbalances, enhance metabolic resilience, and adjust her lifestyle to evidence-based preconception care. Case Interpretation The clinical presentation of Emma demonstrates interdependent dysfunctions of the body, which can affect reproductive preparedness. The presence of normal FSH, LH and thyroid levels but irregular menstrual cycles may indicate suboptimal ovulatory functioning or luteal phase insufficiency, probably due to low-normal levels of progesterone.
