You are tasked with developing a strategic plan for the healthcare system to develop a comprehensive program to address the needs of the under/uninsured homeless population in your community. The first stage of the strategic planning process includes defining the vision and mission statements that support the initiative. Additionally, an operational analysis that includes administrative, financial, legal, and clinical activities required to support the new healthcare service needs to be completed.
