Over the years, the field of nursing has undergone numerous changes, such as improvements in hospitals, more investment into research, effective training programs, and added responsibility. One aspect that epitomizes the modern state of healthcare is the focus on patient-centered care. Thus, the line of focus allows all medical fields to provide patients with the best possible outcome. This essay analyzes the evolution of nursing practice, differences between ADN and BSN training programs, the significance of evidence-based practice, and collaboration between interdisciplinary teams.
Patient care refers to the ability of a healthcare professional to go far and beyond to make sure patients and their families feel comfortable.
