Background
During my internship, I have learned a lot about additional skills as a healthcare professional. Throughout my course workshops, I have got to know about various units to save the patient that include infection control, patient carrying and compulsory reporting. Afterwards, I have learned the practical section of nursing that is quite difficult for me during the first week because at that time I was reluctant and utterly inexperienced. I am obliged to my skilled team of professionals who have provided me with an effective training. However, gradually I was able to attend patients with a confident and some of the skills that I have learned during my training are as follows.
New Practice Approaches
The training enables me to understand and implement new practices in my daily routine. Moreover, I was not well aware of comforting care, emergency facility, or infection control. Only new practice approach made me able to analyze such techniques that are very useful to make me competent in my career.
Intra-professional Collaboration
During common practice, various interprofessional skills have been taught to the students that are really worth learning and will help a lot in our professional career. Experts try to teach us various skills in a co-training class. Additionally, trainees give training in the hospitals to enable the students to get used to of such environment. It is a quite helpful approach to learn a shared care mechanism so I will be able to take care of the patient in a more deliberate manner.
Health Care Delivery and Clinical Systems
Another important aspect that I have learned during training is about primary care. Now Government healthcare services are taking initiatives to improve the health care system by introducing basic primary healthcare rules. The training includes focussing on making the primary healthcare methodology in regions. The change, reflection, and engagement are only possible when there is a balance between local methodology and clinical authority.
Ethical Considerations in Health Care
I have found some assessment studies put light on the importance of ethics reflection on care. The focus of the study is to assess systematic ethics reflection in public health groups such as residency and nursing institutions. It is important to learn how to behave and treat others in a better way in routine life. Moreover, the patient needs a welcoming gesture and kind words that are very essential for instant recovery of patients. Population Health Concern
To improve the health of communities, awareness is the key step. Therefore, I have learned about the population viewpoint regarding healthcare, examined expectations and I have given the opportunities to implement my strategy from academic learning to the concerned areas. The course also develops a sense of a civil concern so I am able to understand the people need regarding healthcare in a more effective way. It also reflects a part in society by playing thinking unfavorably to make the people life easier by eliminating their health issues.
