Before the introduction of technology in the deliverance of healthcare, accessing this information was only possible through consulting a qualified doctor. People can now know how to treat a sick person just by accessing the information freely from the internet. The public health informatics group is also involved in the research parameters included in the medical field through methods such as surveys and individual participation in test medical procedures. Their inclusion in the collection of medical data is fundamental in developing their understanding of what the medical professionals go through.
